<p>Contract — Construction of agreement.</p> <p>An agreement of sale, followed by a bond and mortgage, having been made, in the execution of a power of sale, subject to the provisions of the testator’s will, in a dispute arising as to the payment of the interest on the mortgage, the will, the agreement, the bond and mortgage must all be considered and construed together to reach the proper interpretation of the agreement.</p>
