The petitioner, Deangelo Jackson, appeals the denial of post-conviction relief from his convictions for especially aggravated robbery, attempted second-degree murder, and employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony. On appeal, the petitioner alleges he received ineffective assistance of counsel due to trial counsel's failure to call material witnesses at trial.
