Syllabus

Trial court did not err by granting domestic violence civil protection order because there was competent, credible evidence supporting the trial court's conclusion that appellant placed appellee in fear of imminent serious physical harm by threat of force. Trial court did not err by rejecting affirmative defense of defense of property because appellant did not use reasonable force to remove appellee from the home.
