<p>Van Hess Ordinance—Possession.—By actual possession, as that term is used in the Van Hess Ordinance, is meant that possession which is accompanied with the real and effectual enjoyment of the property.</p> <p>Id.—Id.—Certain testimony considered in the opinion, and held to be insufficient to establish possession of land within the meaning of the Van Hess Ordinance.</p>
