Syllabus

<p>Equity — Jurisdiction—Enjoining Criminal Prosecutions.</p> <p>A court of equity is without jurisdiction to enjoin criminal prosecutions under a statute or ordinance alleged to be unconstitutional and void, even though it is also alleged that it is the purpose of such prosecutions to injure complainant in his property rights, and that such will be their effect.1</p>
