<p>Constitutional law — Title of act — Act of June 1,1907, P. L. 368 — Street railways — Fencing right of way.</p> <p>The Act of June 1, 1907, P. L. 368, which is a supplement to the General Street Railway Act of May 14, 1889, P. L. 211, and which confers upon street railway companies the right of eminent domain, ■'and provides the method for the assessment of damages for property taken, injured or destroyed, gives sufficient notice in its title of the provision of the seventh section of the act requiring such companies to fence their rights of way when their lines cross private lands. Section seven of the act is therefore constitutional.</p>
