The Petitioner, Darren Brown, appeals from the Shelby County Criminal Court's summarydenial of his petition for a writ of error coram nobis from his conviction for first degreepremeditated murder, for which he received a sentence of life imprisonment. He contendsthat he is entitled to equitable tolling of the statute of limitations and that he is entitled torelief on the merits of his petition. We affirm the judgment of the coram nobis court.
