Syllabus

Events subsequent to the trial court's judgment that showed that defendant had purged his contempt rendered moot defendant's challenge to the trial court's contempt finding. The trial court did not err in refusing to modify the marital property division as defendant wanted, or in awarding plainitff a portion of her post-decree attorney fees and expenses.
