<p>Pleading — Procedure.—An amendment to a complaint not in matter of substance and unnecessary to be made is not required to be served upon defendant.</p> <p>Certificate of Acknowledgment. — A certificate of acknowledgment which substantially, complies with the provisions of the statutes is sufficient.
