<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>Proof that an agent in possession and use of the property of his principal, has held himself out to the public as the owner of same in such manner as to induce credit to be given him, can not prevail against the true owner, who is not shown to have either superinduced the agent’s course of conduct, or to have clearly and unequivocally acquiesced therein.</p>
