Syllabus

<p>Appeal—Review—Findings on Conflicting Evidence. Where only the two parties testify directly to the facts, and their testimony is in conflict, without much support in the surrounding circumstances for either, the findings of the trial judge, who observed the witnesses, will not be disturbed.</p> <p>Inteeest—Payable Annually—Not Compound. A note providing for the payment of interest annually does not entitle the holder to compound interest or make the accumulated interest a separate debt.</p>
