Cuffee v. Commonwealth

Syllabus

In a prosecution for possession of fentanyl with the intent to distribute, third or subsequent offense, on the defendant's appeal arguing that the Commonwealth's evidence was insufficient to prove that he knew that one of the substances he possessed was a mixture containing fentanyl, the judgment of the Court of Appeals of Virginia affirming the conviction is affirmed.
