Syllabus
<p>1. Sheriffs — Compensation — Custody and Care of Personal Property — Compensation of Sheriff’s Employés.</p> <p>The sheriff proceeded by rule to have costs of keeper and watcher, also bookkeeper, fixed by the court.</p> <p>2. Same — Special Service.</p> <p>Under Act No. 203, p. 485, of 1898, the sheriff is entitled .to compensation for keeping personal property.</p> <p>[Ed. Note. — For cases in point, see Cent. Dig. vol. 43, Sheriffs and Constables, §§ 72-74.]</p> <p>3. Same — Proper Charge.</p> <p>Unless it be manifest that there had been abuse, an adequate amount will be allowed.</p> <p>4. Same — Amount.</p> <p>Services rendered considered, and amount accordingly approved.</p> <p>5. Same — Compensation of Sheriff’s Employés — There Must be Correct Accounting.</p> <p>The property sequestered required special care in interest of parties concerned.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
