Syllabus
<p>The real name of the owner of land being Daniel J. Murphy and the title being held in that name, a judgment against him by the name of ‘ ‘ Daniel Murphy,” upon a note signed in the same way, will not bind the land as against a bona fide purchaser for value, without notice, who had made search for judgments against Daniel J. Murphy: Wood v. Reynolds, 7 W. & S. 406; Hutchinson’s App., 92 Pa. 186, followed; Jenny v. Zehnder, 101 Pa. 296, discredited.</p>
