<p>1. Where the difference between a husband and wife show human infirmities that do not become s'o serious as to bring them within the rules laid down 'by this court as to what constitutes extreme cruelty, and violent and ungovernable temper towards the defendant, a divorce will not be gnanted.</p> <p>2. “The rule as to the character and degree of evidence- required to obtain a divorce on the ground of habitual indulgence of a violent and ungovernable temper, as announced in Palmer v. Palmer, 26 Fla. 215, 7 South. Hep. 864, relaffirmed.”</p>
