<p>Insolvency — Practice, G. P. — Presentation of petition equivalent to appearing.</p> <p>The presentation of a petition for the benefit of the insolvent laws is an appearance within the meaning of the act of 1836 and fulfils the condition of a bond “ to appear at the next term of court and there present his petition for the benefit of the insolvent laws,” etc.</p>
