<p>1. Estoppel. Persons affected. Persons estopped. Trust deed. Beneficiary. Trustee.</p> <p>Where one by his words or conduct willfully causes another to believe the existence of a certain state of facts and thereby induces him to act on that belief so as to alter his condition, the former is precluded from averring against the latter a state.of things different from that represented.</p> <p>2. Estoppel. Deed o/ trust. Beneficiary. Trustee.</p> <p>Where a beneficiary is estopped a trustee is likewise estopped in a suit for the recovery of personal property under the terms of the deed of trust.</p>
