<p>Intestate laws — Distribution—First cousins — Act of June 3, 1885.</p> <p>Under the act of June 30, 1885, P. L. 251, if the only persons entitled to take the estate of an intestate are first cousins, children of deceased uncles and aunts, distribution must be made per capita and not per stirpes.</p>
