Improper conduct of counsel for plaintiff that did not result in any prejudice to the rights of the defendant held not to afford the latter a ground of complaint because a new trial was not granted.</p> <p>.2. Practice, Supreme Court — Assignments of Error — Briefs. Alleged errors not considered because they were not set out in plaintiff in error’s brief, as required by rule 10 of this court.
