Syllabus

<p>After expiration of eight months — Allowed by Section 6187, Revised Statutes — For filing exceptions — hidgment of probate court — In settlement of final account — Becomes conclusive and absolute.</p> <p>After the expiration of the eight months allowed by Section 6187, Revised Statutes, for filing exceptions when the account is settled in the absence of a'person interested and without actual notice to him, the judgment of a probate court settling the final account of an executor or an administrator becomes absolute and conclusive and can not be attacked except for fraud of the prevailing party.</p>
