Syllabus

<p>Endorser or guarantor — Against whom judgment is rendered — Not regarded as surety or hail, when — Section 11713, General Code.</p> <p>An endorser or guarantor, liable by endorsement on an instrument of writing, against whom judgment is rendered in a court of record in this state, in a suit on the instrument, is not surety or bail within the meaning of Section 11713, General Code, so as to entitle such endorser or guarantor to be certified in the record of the judgment as surety or bail.</p>
