<p>Mortgage — Satisfaction—Executors—Penalty—Act of May 28, 1715.</p> <p>Where the amount due under a mortgage has been paid to one of two executors, aud the coexecutor wantonly and obstinately refuses to join in an entry of satisfaction on the record, he is liable to the penalties provided by the act of May 28, 1715, 1 Sm. L. 95.</p>
