Syllabus
<p>Construction op Statutes—Corporations—Persons.—Act of March 2d, 1888 (Acts 1887-’88, p. 465), provides that the judge of the county court shall, upon the application of persons paying one-third of the taxes on real estate in the county of Warwick, order a poll to be opened to ascertain the sense of the qualified voters as to whether or not the site of the court-house of the said cpunty should be changed: held, the word “'persons ” in said act includes “ corporations.”</p>
