Syllabus

<p>1. Husband and Wife—Witnmes.—Where land is claimed by wife as her separate property against her husband’s creditors, she is not a competent witness in support of her claims.</p> <p>2. Idem—Separate estate—Case at hair.—Land purchased in name of and conveyed to husband, claimed to have been paid for with the separate funds of wife: held, that her claim was not sustained by the evidence.</p>
