Syllabus

The judgment of the trial court vacating the award of the arbitrator that terminated Cox's continuing teaching contract is reversed and vacated. The trial court, upon remand from this Court, erred in concluding that Cox's waiver of her statutory rights to proceed with a case under R.C. 3319.16 was not clear and unmistakable.
