Syllabus

Court of Claims did not abuse its discretion by dismissing complaint for failure to comply with order directing appellant to name a proper defendant within the jurisdiction of the court. The court also did not abuse its discretion by failing to sua sponte amend the complaint to name a state entity as a defendant. Appellant failed to name a state entity as a defendant and did not assert any claims that could be construed as claims against a state entity.
