<p>Justice’s Court.—Jurisdiction.—Trespass on Real Estate.—A Justice of the Peace has jurisdiction of an action for damages for trespass on real estate where the right of possession of the premises is not put in issue by the pleadings or controverted on the trial.</p> <p>The case of Pollock v. Cummings (38 Cal. 683) affirmed.</p>
