<p>1. Waters and Watercourses. Overflows. ' Damage to land. Concurring Causes. Levee construction.</p> <p>Where plaintiff’s land was overflowed and damaged in part because of defendant’s negligent construction of a levee and in part because of an excessive rainfall, an instruction wholly denying him a recovery was erroneous.</p> <p>2. Damages. Inadequacy. New trial. Appeal.</p> <p>A judgment may be reversed on appeal and a new trial granted because the damages awarded a plaintiff are grossly inadequate.</p>
