Syllabus
<p>Mechanic’s lien. In a proceeding to establish a lien to secure payment for lumber sold by the complainants to the defendant, the evidence showed that the lumber was used in completing the building on the defendant’s premises, and that it was furnished for that purpose at his request. This was regarded as sufficient to bring the case within the statute of 1861.</p>
