<p>School law — Collector of school taxes — Cities of the third class — City treasurer ■ — Taxation—Public officers.</p> <p>A city treasurer of a city of the third class is not the collector of school taxes under the provisions of the Act of June 20, 1901, section 8, P. L. ,578, where it appears that the school board has accepted only the 42d and 43d sections of the Act of May 23, 1874, P. L. 230, and has not accepted the 41st section of the same act.</p>
