<p>In a suit brought against a corporation to recover a stipulated compensation for procuring a purchaser of the real estate of the defendant, in the absence of evidence that the employment of the plaintiff was previously authorized, or that it was subsequently ratified by the corporation, the plaintiff was not entitled to recover.*</p>
