Syllabus

The trial court did not err in dismissing Appellant's action for breach of an oral agreement. Even if one assumes that the parties agreed to promote Appellant to a supervisor's position, the alleged agreement was unenforceable because the parties never discussed compensation, which was an essential term of the contract. The trial court also did not err in dismissing the action based on the statute of limitations for oral agreements. The alleged breach occurred more than six years before the action was filed. Judgment affirmed.
