<p>Preliminary Ikjukciiok.—An order granting a preliminary injunction upon complaint and answer and affidavits of the parties will not be reversed where it does not appear that there was an abuse of discretion, even if most of the facts stated in the complaint and plaintiffs affidavits are denied in the defendant’s answer, and in his affidavits.</p>
