Syllabus
<p>Process. Transitory action,. Statute.</p> <p>Under section 707, Code 1906, so providing, actions other than local must be commenced in the county in which the defendants or some one of them may be found and jurisdiction of the court does not attach where defendant is served with process from a county other than his residence. In such a case a change of venue should be granted the defendant.</p>
