Syllabus

<p>Trustee—compensation—whether allowable. A trustee appointed by order of court to take charge of a trust fund, will be entitled to have allowed him all money actually expended, in good faith, for the preservation of the trust estate, but he can recover nothing for his personal or professional services in respect of his trusteeship, in the absence of any provision in the order of the court appointing him, or of a contract or stipulation with the parties.</p>
