<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Master and Servant — Personal Injuries — Evidence Sufficient to Sustain Verdict. There was sufficient evidence in this case to sustain the verdict attributing negligence to the defendant, and the demurrer of the defendant to the evidence of the plaintiff was properly overruled, and the case was properly submitted to the jury.</p> <p>2. - Evidence — Instructions. No material error is found in admitting or excluding evidence, nor in the instructions to the jury.</p>
