Syllabus
<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Hotel Commissioner — Food and, Drug Inspector — Both Offices Held by Same Person — Entitled to Statutory Salary of Each. One who holds two offices, the duties of which are not incompatible with each other, is entitled to the compensation fixed by law for both, and an agreement that he will perform the duties of either for less compensation than that fixed by law, is not valid.</p>
