<p>Negligence — Street railways — Fright of horses — Speed of car — Non-suit.</p> <p>In an action against a street railway company to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained as a result of the frightening of plaintiff’s horses by an electric car, a nonsuit is properly entered, where it appears from the testimony of plaintiff’s witnesses that the car was running at the usual speed and not more than ten to fifteen miles an hour between cross streets, and it is not shown that the speed of the car contributed in any way to the accident.</p>
