Syllabus
Appellee's affidavit for service by publication was deficient under Civ.R. 4.4, so the trial court lacked jurisdiction over appellant to render its judgment granting default judgment to appellee, finding appellant's property to be a public nuisance, and appointing appellee as receiver. Given the trial court's lack of jurisdiction over appellant, her argument that the trial court should have granted relief from judgment under Civ.R. 60(B) is moot. Judgment vacated and remanded.
