<p>Constitutional law — Municipal Court of Philadelphia — Committing magistrates — Act of July 12,1918, 8ec. 11, P. L. 715.</p> <p>1. There is nothing violative of the Constitution in Sec. 11 of Act of July 12,-1913, creating'the Municipal Court of Philadelphia, which provides, inter alia, that “the judges of the said Municipal Court shall he ex officio justices of the peace.”</p> <p>2. A judge of the Municipal Court of Philadelphia is ex officio a committing magistrate.</p>
