<p>Hawking and peddling — Assembling parts of a watch not manufacture— Act of 1830.</p> <p>A jeweler who assembles the parts of watches and puts them together and peddles them from place to place offends against the Act of April 2, 1830, P. L. 147, sec. 2, and is liable to indictment thereunder. He is not a manufacturer within the contemplation of the act.</p> <p>The constitutionality of the proviso to the 2d section of the act not passed upon, as immaterial to the question of defendant’s guilt.</p>
