L. 1024, does not violate ArticleT, Sections 8 and 9, of the Constitution of Pennsylvania.</p> <p>Sections 3 and 5 of the Act of July 25, 1913, P. L: 1024, do not violate Article III, Section 7, of the Constitution of Pennsylvania, nor the 14th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.</p> <p>Justice of the peace — Record—Judgment—Employment of fer male labor — Act of July 25,1918, P. L. 1024■■ . •</p> <p>Where a judgment of a justice of the peace for a violation of the Female Employment Act. of July 25, 1913, P. L. 1024, shows on its’ face that a minor female was employed in violation of the act, the judgment will not be reversed because .the record does not show the day, month or year when the act was violated, nor because it does not show the sections of the act violated, nor because it fails to show what the business of the defendant was.</p>
