<p>Constitutional law — ^Title of act — Vital statistics — Payment of local registrar.</p> <p>The Act of May 1, 1905, P. L. 330, entitled “An Act to provide for the immediate registration of all births and. deaths ■ throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,” etc., is not open to the charge of unconstitutionality as to its twentieth section, on the ground that the title of the act gives no notice of and shows no intent to impose any liability for the fees of the local registrar upon the county.</p> <p>Where prior legislation imposes upon counties a duty or burden, a subsequent act upon such subject need not expressly state in its title that the burden of paying for the same is to be borne by the county.</p>
