Syllabus
<p>Husband, and wife — Desertion—Nonsupport—Appeals—■Evidence— Fact of marriage.</p> <p>An appeal from an order of support in a desertion case is in the nature of certiorari only, and does not take up the evidence. The appellate court cannot therefore review a finding of fact by the court below that the parties were in fact husband and wife.</p>
