<p>Taxation — Limited partnerships — Increase of capital stoclc— Bonus — Act of May 8, 1901, P. L. 149 — Partnerships formed prior to the act.</p> <p>The Act of May 8, 1901, P. L. 149, requiring limited partnerships to pay a bonus of one-third of one per centum upon their capital, or any increase thereof, is applicable to increases of capital stock made subsequently by a limited partnership formed prior to the date of the act.</p>
