<p>Criminal law — Evidence—Examination of witness as to conviction of crime.</p> <p>On .the trial of an indictment for receiving and disposing of goods to defraud creditors under the Act of April 22, 1903, P. L. 242, it is not error to permit the district attorney, on cross-examination, to ask a witness for the defendant whether he himself had not been convicted a week before of the charge of procuring and disposing of goods to defraud the same persons the defendant was charged with defrauding.</p>
