<p>Constitutional law — Title of act — Appointment of counsel in murder cases — Compensation—Payment by county — Act of March 22, 1907, P. L. 31.</p> <p>The Act of March 22, 1907, P. L. 31, entitled “An Act to provide for the assignment of counsel in murder eases, and for the allowance of expenses and compensation in such cases,” does not violate sec. 3, article III of the constitution, and its title sufficiently shows that the expenses and compensation referred to in the act are to be paid out of the county treasury.</p> <p>There is no force in the objection that the title of the act is ambiguous in that it contains no notice as to whether the assignment of counsel is to be in aid of the prosecution or defense.</p>
