<p>Criminal law — Felonious assault — Child of seven years — Witness—Examination without oath — Evidence.</p> <p>It is reversible error for the court on the trial of an indictment for felonious assault on a child seven years old, to permit the child to make a statement not under oath to the jury.</p>
