<p>Criminal law — -Abortion—Jurisdiction—Act of March 81, 1860, P. L. 882, secs. 87 and 88.</p> <p>1. Sections 87 and 88 of the Criminal Code of March 31,1860, P. L. 382, do not provide for an attempt to procure an abortion, as a substantive offense, in one county, being a continuing offense in another county where the actual abortion is consummated by the physical delivery of the fetus.</p> <p>2. A physician who attempts to procure an abortion in one county, cannot be convicted in another county where delivery takes place as a result of the act committed in the first county.</p>
