<p>Interurban railroads — Not under provisions of act of April 25, 1904 — Interpretation of law.</p> <p>An interurban railroad for the operation of cars by electricity and by the tractive friction resulting from their own weight is not within the act of April 23, 1904 (97 O. L., 546), “to provide how railroad and highway crossings may be constructed.”</p>
